Our restaurant was born from a passion to share authentic Nigerian cuisine with Scotland’s diverse community. Founded by Chef Ademeso Adeyemi, who grew up in Ondo learning traditional recipes passed down through generations, TSF represents a culinary journey from the bustling markets of Nigeria to the granite city of Aberdeen. After moving to Scotland in 2021, Chef Ademeso noticed the lack of authentic Nigerian dining options and decided to bridge this cultural gap.
At TSF, we take pride in creating dishes that capture the essence of Nigerian cuisine. From the spicy jollof rice to the savoury egusi soup, each dish is prepared with carefully sourced ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
